The Ambleside condominiums are situated on a site of 5 acres. There will be 10 buildings containing between 2 - 6 condominium units per building with a dedicated children's play area and a walking trail to exercise pets, or to just sit quietly on the available benches .

Building One consists of 2 units that will serve as our model homes. Buildings Two and Three will each have 3 condominium units, while Buildings Four, Five and Six will consist of 5 units. Buildings Seven, Eight, Nine and Ten will all have 6 units each.

There will be a 6 ft high white perimeter fence to provide privacy for the residents and to provide a quiet haven within the village. Further screening will be provided by the planting of over 50 trees.
